The BFSC system allows the clinic to login the cloud to their portal which allows the clinic to enter their pet information, schedule pick-ups, print a vet tag and track the process of the each pet’s cremation process. 

If the route drivers has Internet Access, BFSC uses Tablets with Blue Tooth scanner for each of the Bar-Codes on each pet. Routes are created based on pets to either be picked or returned the clinic. 

BFSC allows for the witness of pet cremation by putting the pet on hold until arrangement have been made with the pet owner.

BFSC has an identification for each pet for tracking the chain of custody from the pickup to the final disposition of the pet.

BFSC can automatically email the clinic or the pet owner when the pet is ready to either be pickup or returned.

BFSC has detailed monthly statements that are sent to each clinic with the pet name, owner name and detail of purchases. Along with:

·        Cremation Log
·        Invoices
·        Inventory Report
·        And Other Reports

BFSC has an Accounts Receivable module which allows invoicing and payments and all monthly sales reports and statements.
